General Information
Plaza El Dorado Hotel, in Pachuca, Hidalgo, is a hotel that is proudly known for being one of the pioneers in the Hidalgo hotel industry. It has been concerned with establishing the basis for service for all hotels in Pachuca and serve as an example, trying to keep high quality standards that allow it to be at the vanguard, all of this within a modern atmosphere that will bring you satisfaction and comfort.
It’s located very close to the main plaza at the capital and to the “Reloj Monumental” (Monumental Watch) which is an icon located on one of the city’s most representative streets downtown.
The Mountain Corridor starts at just 15 minutes away from the hotel, with counties that are considered magical towns thanks to its architectural beauty and cultural transcendence, such as: Mineral del Monte (English legacy town) and Huasca de Ocampo (with beautiful miner haciendas).
Furthermore, there are excellent communication means in the state and coming from the Capital, that make it easy to perform other types of activities such as visits to the Tula archaeological zone, Water themed parks, and impressive sightings at the Hidalgo Huasteca with a very interesting cultural richness.

Restaurant's Information
El Dorado Restaurant-Bar offers a la carte service and buffet with previous reservation for traditional cuisine and varied palates.
It’s located on the hotel’s lower floor, and has a capacity for 120 people, with a big screen and kid’s area. Open from 8:00 am until 22:30 pm.
You can find national and international drinks at the bar with live music on Saturdays and holidays.

Rooms Information
The hotel has 50 single rooms that are distributed in 4 areas with 10 rooms each average on every area. Single rooms have wood furniture with a modern style and a range of ochre and orange colors with black out curtains and laminated doors, with a capacity of 2 persons maximum.
Each one has its own private bathroom with shower and hot water 24 hours and different amenities, with towels based on occupation per room.
The furniture on these rooms have a nice finishing touch; work desk with chair, TV tray, desk, closet and dressing table with an upper body mirror, high speed wireless internet, telephone, cable tv w/remote and two bottles of water.

Hotel Policies
• A one night deposit with a credit card is needed to guarantee reservation.
• Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
• Reservation will be held until 19:00 hrs.
• The single room is for two persons on a double bed
• The double room is for two persons on two double beds, with a $100 MXN extra person fee.
Cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
No shows will have a one night charge.
Up to 2 children under 8 years old free of charge, sharing room with parents.
No pets are allowed.

Among the only recreational activities that the hotel offers are several tours offered at the lobby, such as a walking tour through the city where many monuments and buildings representatives of the city of Pachuca are visited, and there is another tour for extreme sports at Mineral del Chico.

Tourist streetcar:
It offers a one hour route on the city of Pachuca, where many points of interest are visited, bringing at the same time a panoramic view of historic monuments, buildings and old streets among others.
Monumental Watch tour:
It’s a small tour that covers a detailed description from all of the elements that make Pachuca’s Monumental Watch.
Other tours:
Pachuca is the capital city of the Hidalgo State, which is why it has a great number of places to visit organizing tours that range from antique to modern. These tours can be on a streetcar, walking in the city or on tourist packages that are sold at the hotel. The places visited depending on the tour are:
Museums: Miners, Mineralogy, Photography, Rehilete (Kids museum) and the Planetary.
Antique buildings: Efren Rebolledo Cultural Forum, Cajas Reales, Casa Rule, Asuncion church, San Francisco Ex-Convent and the Mina de San Juan Pachuca Arts School, as well as the ex-civil hospital.
Plazas: Independencia, Plaza de la Constitucion, Plaza Juarez.
